Warm up and switch off with a session at South Downs Sauna at The Grain Store, book a soothing massage, or enjoy a private one-to-one yoga session designed around you, from gentle stretching and relaxation to a more energising workout. And when the day is done, sink into The Studio’s deep bath and soak for as long as you like.

Follow your curiosity
One of the pleasures of exploring alone is being able to change your plans on a whim.
Spend an hour browsing the independent shops and galleries of Lewes and somehow make it three. Follow a trail across the South Downs, take yourself to a vineyard, garden or historic house, head to the coast or jump on a train to Brighton for art, culture, shopping and a change of scene.
